SGT classes focus on 1 of the following principles:
Your personal trainer will provide guidance and suggestions to make your workouts challenging. Whether you are just beginning your road to fitness or are an experienced fitness fanatic, the coaches will ensure you leave every class sweaty, heart pumping and adrenaline flowing!
Having a community to suffer with - I mean workout with will keep you coming back! Our small groups of 6 - 8 people keep you motivated, focused and inspired.
This fat torching, calorie burning workout combines short durations of resistance training (lifting weights) and cardio. Fast moving and effective, this class will keep you moving and help your body burn calories long after you've left the gym.
Basic muscle building 101. In this workout, focus is on form, function and correct movement. Equal amounts of hard work and technical skills transfer to all your workouts and movement. An extra trainer adds even more individual attention to detail.

Yoga: Power/Deep Stretch/Restorative
The goal is total body wellness.
To be - aware, awake, mentally strong, centered, stable.
To seek - supple, toned, well oiled (blood flow) body that is very adaptable to the various physical demands of one’s life. Power Yoga is a well-rounded physical class meant to include all aspects of physical fitness–tone, suppleness, balance, stamina and cardio–while attempting to maintain every range of motion and enliven every nook and cranny through stimulation which facilitates circulation, the prerequisite for regeneration, like you are oiling the Tin Man. With an emphasis on developing a quality of mind that’s experiencing the physical class in a balanced and/or benevolent manner.
Developed by Coach Nick, this exclusive workout will build your strength and stability in new ways. Ropes provides a new challenge for your core and stabilizing muscles. Great for building strength, but also for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Abs & Booty

Elicia brings you this focused, intense glute and core workout.
Jump into this quick ab and booty burner! Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and medicine balls, this class will leave you sweaty and sore to your CORE!
There is nothing more important to your functional fitness than a strong core. This class is 45 minutes focused on all of those large and small muscles that make up what we call the core. A strong core will keep you injury free, help with back issues and improve your overall health and performance.
