Kristen Ayers - Mrs NorthAmerica 2021- Bio
I'm a wife to Chris and mom to 2 clever girls, Monroe and Verona, and I'm based out of Columbus, Ohio. I work with injured workers, facilitate new attorneys, & design wedding cakes for my client's very special day. With a BS in Business and a law degree from The Ohio State as well as my real estate license I felt like it was the people I met along the way that really led me to my purpose. I LOVE finding the value within people and adding any motivation I can. The older I get the more I am NOT afraid to get involved, make a sacrifice or even fail and by showing resilience, perseverance, honesty and humility there is no task too big or small.
I started with community organizations and wanted to develop a leadership position. By becoming Mrs. Ohio Universal and then now crowned Mrs. North America Universal, I have been able to help women entrepreneurs and small businesses get the help and mentorship they need with Her Hub/Women of Toledo and locally with SCORE as an ambassador.
The Mrs. Universal organization is a very unique pageant system and was founded by Victoria Hughes in 2012. They are community, charity based and award the President's Volunteer Service Award to any contestant that has met the qualifications. I received my Bronze award this past February and I felt at that moment, just how much a difference I am actually making. The organization is progressive in the pageant world. They welcome married women of all shapes, ages, and even include Gold Star Military Wives. They do not JUST care about your headshot. They care about the person inside and the difference you can make with your title and I absolutely love that. My goal is to compete and win the title of Mrs. Universal this fall so that I can continue to spread my message internationally. What a year this is going to be!
