SGT (Small Group Training)
SGT classes focus on 1 of the following principles: Strength training, HIIT or functional movements while utilizing various types of equipment such as TRX, Barbells, BOSU's, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, etc.
Your personal trainer will provide guidance and suggestions to make your workouts challenging. Whether you are just beginning your road to fitness or are an experienced fitness fanatic, the coaches will ensure you leave every class sweaty, heart pumping and adrenaline flowing!
Having a community to suffer with - I mean workout with will keep you coming back! Our small groups of 6 - 8 people keep you motivated, focused and inspired.

This core based mat class incorporates the fundamentals of Pilates with other core exercises to help you increase strength and give you more control in your body movements both in and outside of class. By working the torso - abs, glutes, hips, back - we can improve our muscle tone and lengthen our muscles thereby increasing overall flexibility. This improves your posture and allows you more control of your body on a daily basis. Yes, abs are the focus but it is a total body, non aerobic class done on mats on the floor.

Yin Yoga with a Funky Flair... no soft meditational music in this class! Be prepared to hold poses longer than most yoga classes; with the objective of improving flexibility and restoring a fuller range of motion. Straps, blocks and other modifications will be presented to increase the quality of stretch. The music will be old school rock, hip hop and funk to compliment the funky yin to this yang!
Looking for something a bit different each time? Want to workout along side your trainer? Well, this is the one! 614Maxx will be trainers choice each time and they will be working out alongside you! Be ready to sweat and push your limits as you are pushed from your trainer! This is a variable format and changes depending on the trainer and the class. Bon Appetit!!
