Reality Based Self Defense
This isn't your typical workout, it's not kickboxing or martial arts. This is harnessing your inner and outer strength.
Self-defense techniques will be taught that are easy to learn, easy to remember and easy to deploy in a potentially dangerous situation. Techniques that have not only been proven on the streets but also in combat. Knowledge of these techniques will empower in very stressful situations.

Yin Yoga with a Funky Flair... no soft meditational music in this class! Be prepared to hold poses longer than most yoga classes; with the objective of improving flexibility and restoring a fuller range of motion. Straps, blocks and other modifications will be presented to increase the quality of stretch. The music will be old school rock, hip hop and funk to compliment the funky yin to this yang!
