Exercising was something I started enjoying as a little girl spreading my Holly Hobbie blanket on the living room floor and turning on Denise Austin before my family woke up for school and work.
Next my dad introduced me to basketball loved it. Next I was introduced to school and recreation center sports and from that point it was all about working out and feeling good for great a performance and a blue ribbon, statue or trophy.
Fast forward to real life starting. Had my son gained weight, stopped my regular fun of working out and then the stresses of life and a few health scares brought me to the present. I was a member of a few different gyms and even paid for a personal trainer. I wasn't getting results and bad foods were so good and my workouts were boring and not at the greatest of times for my schedule, so food won the battle and my weight got out of control.
I weighed myself at the beginning of 2018 and was like 187... damn girl....reality was a bitch. So January 7th I started my no turning back journey. I started doing things on my own and did ok but my workouts were blah.
In late January I started searching for another fitness facility to change to one that was for me and that cared about the members and results. So in February I stumbled across 614Fitness, came in for a visit then a couple of classes and felt this is the place for me so I became a member.
Marie is always open and honest when I have questions, she's always happy when you hit milestones/goals of any sort. The workouts are hard and fun and I feel so accomplished afterwards. After seeing results from the workouts I decided to factor in a nutritionist to ensure I was getting enough of the right foods and nutrition for those challenging ass workouts and now with the workouts and the right foods, this chick is sitting at 146 lbs and boxing up old clothes and getting clothes out of her hope chest. I get so many compliments from my husband, family and friends.
Life is good because of 614Fitness.
