I have lost over 57lbs with Marie bringing my total to 129lbs lost since 2015 and I am not done yet.
I have competed numerous 5ks and 10ks and half marathons! This year I’m a first time rider with Pelotonia with the goal of completing 45 miles. I can bench press 135lbs, back squat 165lbs, and deadlift 155lbs!

I would like to tell you it (is) easy and that I stuck to plan the whole time. I don't. I still eat birthday cake and tacos, but I have learned to balance food.

The studio has provided me the info I need to listen to my body by knowing how much protein and supplements I need for my body to perform and recover. The real key ingredient is showing up and doing the work. I get my butt in the studio as much as I can. I schedule it all from the app on my phone.
The hardest part is literally showing up! Just showing up and the trainers support you to get the workout done. The workouts are focused with a goal in mind and rotate weekly. With the variety of classes, your body will never get used to one workout.
